At Assault Winery, we take pride in the quality of our wines and the satisfaction of our customers. While we aim for perfection, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. If they do — we’ve got your back.


Returns & Replacements

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • The product received is incorrect or does not match your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or video as proof of damage or the incorrect item.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once your return is approved, we will offer one of the following options:

  • A replacement bottle shipped at no extra cost.
  • A full refund or store credit, based on your preference.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via your original payment method.
  • Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Orders placed by mistake.
  • Wines that have been opened or consumed.
  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.

Rocket Delivery Policy

  • Our Rocket Delivery service ensures faster delivery to select locations.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the address to receive the order.
  • If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned, re-delivery charges may apply.
